|(2/25/15) White Sox pitcher Jesse Crain completed another "encouraging" bullpen session on Wednesday, where he mixed in a few slides to his session, reports Comcast SportsNet Chicago. Crain missed the entire 2014 season due to shoulder and biceps injuries. At this point, he's likely a week behind other pitches in camp.
"I don't know that his timetable fits for opening day but he might push that envelope if he continues to have days like today," manager Robin Ventura said.

|(2/22/15) White Sox pitcher Jesse Crain revealed that Sunday marked the first day he's been able to pitch with only one day of rest in between in over a year, according to CSN Chicago.
Crain was able to pitch from the mound during Sunday's practice. He also threw 20 pitches on Friday. Crain missed the entire 2014 season due to shoulder and biceps injuries.
Crain previously said he believes he's a week behind the other pitchers in camp but it does look like his most recent injuries are now behind him.

|(2/20/15) White Sox relief pitcher Jesse Crain is coming back from a shoulder surgery that kept him out all last season.
Back at spring training with the Sox after a year in the Astros' organization, Crain said that he thinks he's almost back to normal. Crain told CSN Chicago's Dan Hayes that he thinks he's about a week behind the other pitchers in camp.

|(1/22/15) Reliever Jesse Crain, who missed the 2014 season after undergoing offseason shoulder surgery last winter, has agreed to a minor-league deal with the White Sox.He also received an invite to spring training.
Crain is throwing from 120 feet and feels good, according to CSN Chicago. Crain pitched for the White Sox from 2011-13.

|(9/12/14) Astros owner Jim Crane Astros relievers Jesse Crain and Matt Albers are likely done for the season with shoulder injuries, per the Houston Chronicle.
"Crain's not going to pitch," Crane said. "Albers ... got hurt. We didn't get any production from [either of them]."
Albers has a club option for $3 million for 2015. Crain is a free agent after this season, but has expressed an interest in returning to Houston.
