Where have all the homers gone? That's what Wright's Fantasy owners wanted to know when the perennial first-rounder, coming off four straight 25-homer seasons, slumped to 10 in 2009. The opening of cavernous Citi Field deserves part of the blame since the Mets' homers declined as a whole, but no other player tanked the way Wright did. Besides, he hit just as few homers on the road (five) as at home, so something else wasn't right with him. Check out those 140 strikeouts, by far the worst of his career and another sign of trouble that had nothing to do with the ballpark. Even without the homers, Wright still offered worthwhile Fantasy production, posting a respectable .837 OPS and stealing 27 bases, but in order for him to regain elite status, he'll need to regain his power stroke. He's worth the risk as early as Round 3 since a return to form would mean a return to first-round numbers. Rest assured he'll have plenty of eyes on him this spring. (Updated 12/18/09)
