Orioles reach deal with Andino: The Orioles and infielder Robert Andino agreed to a one-year, $1.3 million deal on Wednesday, avoiding arbitration. Andino spent much of 2011 as the team's starter at second base and would likely fill the same role to begin 2012 if Brian Roberts isn't ready to return from last season's concussion.
