Fantasy Analysis
After being involved with a hit-and-run car accident in Port Charlotte last week, the Rays suggested that they were done with Bush. This move doesn't exactly sever ties with the former No. 1 overall pick, but if another team wants to give the troubled righty a shot, they'll have to compensate the Rays first.
