None of Cabrera's numbers jump out at you, but if you overlook him because of it, you risk missing out on consistent Fantasy production. He hit over .300 for the season, including .315 for the second half, and finished with 42 doubles, which made enough of a difference in Head-to-Head leagues to rank him 10th among shortstop-eligible players -- and that's with him missing almost the entire month of June with a sprained shoulder. At age 24, he's still developing physically, giving him a chance to turn some of those doubles into homers, and he has enough speed to steal more than 17 bases if the Indians let him. He might have the upside of a Dustin Pedroia offensively, but it'll take time. You shouldn't draft him expecting a stud, but he's one of the better fallback options at shortstop or second base since he's useful enough already. (Updated 1/5/10)
