Wilson gets some extra work early: Even though it's spring training, Giants closer Brian Wilson worked two innings Tuesday against the White Sox. He allowed one hit and recorded two strikeouts. He has so far allowed two earned runs in four spring innings.

Fantasy Analysis

Wilson fell a little short of a second straight 40-save season last year, but he improved just about everywhere else. As a strikeout-per-inning pitcher, he's quickly becoming one of the more reliable closers in Fantasy, especially since he pitches for a team that plays so many low-scoring games. Consider Wilson once again a candidate for 40 saves and a great pick after the elite closers have gone off the board.
