Kotsay to do second tour with Padres: FOXSports.com reports that free agent OF Mark Kotsay has agreed with the Padres on a one-year, $1.25 million deal. Kotsay played in 104 games with the Brewers this season, and he spent three seasons with the Padres from 2001 to 2003. (Updated 11/15/2011)
