by Ed Gauna | CBSSports.com (5/14/2013) The Rockies signed pitcher Sean Gallagher to a minor-league contract Tuesday, the Denver Post reports. He is expected to join the rotation for Double-A Tulsa.
Gallagher, who had been playing with the Sugar Land Skeeters of the Independent League, went 10-9 with a 4.92 ERA in 26 starts for Triple-A Louisville last season.
