Beltre batted .278 with two RBI over 17 games with the Rangers earlier in the year. The lefty hit .292 at Round Rock with seven homers and 34 RBI over 94 games.

Butler played in two games with Texas in August and went 2 for 4 for the Rangers. He hit .291 with 12 homres and 51 RBI for Round Rock over 119 games.

Wolf was sent down last week by Texas. He went 1-3 with a 4.14 over 21 games and three starts from May 22 through Aug. 30.

Wolf has been pitching in the rotation in place of Yu Darvish. He's allowed just two runs in 12 2/3 innings as a starter. Darvish is expected to return from the disabled list next week, so this could be Wolf's last start for some time. He has a 2.14 ERA in 33 2/3 innings.

by Igor Mello | CBSSports.com
(7/11/2013) Rangers pitcher Ross Wolf tossed a quality start but suffered the loss as he was outdueled by Miguel Gonzalez Thursday night against the Orioles.

He yielded two runs on three hits and one walk while striking out three over six innings pitched in a 3-1 loss. He is expected to return to the bullpen, unless Darvish is unable to return from the disabled list on July 22.
