(10/1/2008) The Phillies released RHP Francisco A. Rosario and claimed RHP Scott Nestor off waivers from the Marlins on Wednesday.

(5/26/2008) The Miami Herald reports that after Sunday's game, the Marlins sent Eulogio De La Cruz back to Triple-A Albuquerque and the team could select another pitcher to help out in the bullpen, possibly Scott Nestor.
