Royals option Francisley Bueno to Triple-A

(3/27/2013) The Royals announced Wednesday that LHP Francisley Bueno has been optioned to Triple-A Omaha. Bueno allowed three earned runs in 11 innings this spring, striking out eight batters and walking three. He made 18 appearances for the Royals in 2012, allowing three earned runs in 17 1/3 innings.

(9/13/2012) Royals reliever Francisley Bueno's awesome two-game suspension -- which he had to serve for throwing at Alfonso Soriano in 2008 -- is now over. Bueno gave up one hit in one inning and struck out one, allowing no runs, on Wednesday against the Twins.
