Bueno allowed three earned runs in 11 innings this spring, striking out eight batters and walking three. He made 18 appearances for the Royals in 2012, allowing three earned runs in 17 1/3 innings.

Bueno gave up one hit in one inning and struck out one, allowing no runs, on Wednesday against the Twins.
