(2/21/2013) A's starting pitcher prospect Michael Ynoa arrived to camp Thursday after recovering from a bout of chicken pox. Ynoa said he believes he will be ready to pitch in a game in two weeks. Ynoa also added he's working on a cutter after watching Phillies pitcher Roy Halladay pitch on television. Ynoa has been limited to 39 2/3 innings in four seasons in the minors because of injuries, but the A's still have high hopes for the former international free agent. I believe this guy can be an All-Star, As coach Ariel Prieto said, per the San Francisco Chronicle.
