(2/20/2010) Orioles RP Wilfrido Perez is completely healthy after undergoing surgery last summer to remove bone chips from his pitching elbow, according to The Sports Xchange. He went 2-0 with a 1.37 ERA and seven saves in 24 appearances at Class AA Bowie last season. Perez will battle Will Ohman and Alberto Castillo for the lefty specialist's role. He is considered the underdog.

(3/20/2009) The Orioles optioned OF Nolan Reimold and LHP Wilfrido Perez to Triple-A Norfolk and reassigned INFs Brandon Snyder and Blake Davis to their minor league camp in Sarasota, Fla on Friday after an exhibition game against the Mets.
