(7/6/2010) Pirates minor-league pitcher Anthony Claggett, who briefly saw action with the Pirates last season, was demoted from Triple-A to Double-A Altoona, reports MLB.com. The 25-year-old has allowed 26 earned runs over 45 2/3 innings in 28 appearances at Indianapolis this year.
