Santos has solid April in Double-A


(5/6/2009) From the The Sports Xchange: The Marlins announced their organizational award winners for April: Ben Lasater of low Class A Greensboro was player of the month after hitting .410 with 13 doubles and five home runs and 18 RBI. RHP Jarrett Santos was the pitcher of the month for allowing no runs on three hits in 20 innings for Double-A Jacksonville. He struck out 14 and had a 2-0 record.
