(6/19/2013) The Brewers have recalled outfielder Josh Prince from Triple-A Nashville, the club announced Wednesday. Prince is hitting .243/.351/.416 at Nashville over 46 games. His stay is likely a short one -- Prince is taking Norichika Aoki's roster spot while he is on paternity leave.

by R.J. White | CBSSports.com
(5/2/2013) The Brewers announced Thursday night that outfielder Josh Prince will be optioned to Triple-A Nashville Friday to clear a 25-man roster spot for third baseman Aramis Ramirez. Prince entered Thursday's game as a pinch runner but has not recorded an at-bat since April 13.

Prince leaves the Brewers after going 2 for 5 with one double.

Josh Prince could be sent down

by Adam Moore | CBSSports.com
(4/27/2013) Brewers officials are scheduled to meet Monday to discuss the future of prospects Khris Davis and Josh Prince, MLB.com reports.

Prince has been used sparingly as he has five at-bats through Milwaukee's first 21 games.

"Well, they're still happy to be here because it's their first time in the big leagues, and you want to play, but it's really fun to be in the big leagues," manager Ron Roenicke said. "They're still [here], but it's not just me, it's Doug [Melvin, the general manager] and the rest of the coaching staff, we've talked about what we need to do with a couple of those guys."

Josh Prince goes hitless in debut

by R.J. White | CBSSports.com
(4/6/2013) After being promoted from Triple-A earlier in the day, Brewers left fielder Josh Prince made his major-league debut Saturday as a defensive replacement in left field and went hitless in two trips to the plate.

Prince hit just .133/.235/.233 this spring, but his ability to play the infield or the outfield will help a team dealing with injuries to Ryan Braun and Aramis Ramirez.
