Wise, who returned to the lineup in center field batted ninth, is hitting .207.
He was expected to start in center field in the game, but was replaced by Casper Wells.

Wise, who made a spot start for Jordan Danks, had a two-run homer off Darvish in the sixth inning -- his first of the season. Danks snapped an 0-for-15 funk as he finished 4 for 4 with a run scored and two RBI in a 10-6 loss.
Wise is hitting .231 with a home run and four RBI in 26 at-bats.

Dayan Viciedo injury gives others opportunity
