Mets bring up four from minors

(8/31/2014) The Mets have recalled infielder Josh Satin and right-hander Erik Goeddel from Triple-A Las Vegas on Sunday, MLB.com reports. The have also selected the contract of left-hander Dario Alvarez from Double-A Binghamton and brought up catcher Juan Centeno from Binghamton.

(5/28/2014) Mets catcher Juan Centeno has been sent back to Triple-A Las Vegas. His demotion coincides with the impending activation of Travis d'Arnaud off the disabled list.

Centeno managed five hits in 18 at-bats during his two weeks in the bigs.

Although Recker has the familiarity with the pitching staff, Collins said he likes the power Teagarden possesses on offense.
