An MRI exam on Friday ruled out any structural damage for Vincent, who has been sidelined since the start of spring training with the issue.
After spending four years in the minors, the 26-year-old made his major-league debut last year, posting a 2-0 record and 1.71 ERA in 27 relief appearances for the Padres.
