Roman Quinn ruptures his Achilles tendon

(11/6/2013) CSNPhilly.com reports that Phillies shortstop prospect Roman Quinn injured himself duirng offseason workouts, rupturing his right Achillies tendon. Quinn had already had surgery on the tendon and was in the midst of a rehab program.
He is also recovering from a fractured wrist and may have surgery to expedite the healing of that injury. Prior to sustaining the wrist injury, Quinn played 67 games at Class A Lakewood, hitting .238 with 32 stolen bases.
There is no timetable for Quinn's return.
