Eliezer Alfonzo heads to Triple-A

(8/13/2013) Dodgers catcher Eliezer Alfonzo has reported to Triple-A Albuquerque Tuesday, according to MLB.com.

Alfonzo was supposed to join the team during the spring, but dealt with dengue fever during the spring. The 34-year-old was playing in Mexico once he recovered. He hit .267/.304/.320 in 75 at-bats.
