Nate Robertson looking for major-league job

by R.J. White | CBSSports.com
(3/27/2013) Rangers reliever Nate Robertson is "inclined" to head to Triple-A as requested by the Rangers, but he's also keeping his options open by looking for a major-league job.

"Everybody has been first-class to me," Robertson told MLB.com. "I'll let my agent handle that. If there is an opportunity with another team, they'll help me. I have been encouraged by what they say. They like me and I had a good spring but they had to make a decision."

Robertson has allowed just two earned runs in 11 1/3 innings of work this spring.

Rangers give Robertson a look

(1/21/2013) ESPN.com reported on Monday that the Rangers have signed pitcher Nate Robertson to a minor-league contract. The deal also includes an invitation to spring training.
