Orioles release Adam Greenberg

(3/29/2013) The Orioles have released Adam Greenberg , MLB.com reports.

Greenberg appeared in just two games for the Orioles this spring. Aside from his one at-bat with the Marlins last September, Greenberg last appeared in affiliated baseball in 2007 at Double-A Arkansas in the Angels system.


Greenberg gets minor-league deal

(12/20/2012) The Orioles signed outfielder Adam Greenberg to a minor-league contract Thursday. Greenberg struck out in his one at-bat as a Marlin in 2012. He got hit in the head by a pitch in his only other plate appearance way back in 2005.
