(3/8/2009) The Royals reassigned RHP Franquelis Osoria to their minor-league camp Sunday. Osoria, who was 4-3 with a 6.08 ERA last season with Pittsburgh, gave up two runs and four hits in 2 2/3 innings in three exhibition games
