Ryan Rowland-Smith added to Red Sox roster

(3/16/2013) The Boston Globe reports Saturday that the Red Sox have added pitcher Ryan Rowland-Smith to the roster. 

Rowland-Smith pitched for Team Australia in the World Baseball Classic. He last pitched in the majors in 2010 with Seattle and went 1-10 with a 6.75 ERA. He'll likely compete for a bullpen spot.
