McClellan recalled from Triple-A
(4/16/2007) The Colorado Rockies placed Byung-Hyun Kim (thumb) on the 15-day disabled list on Monday night and recalled Zach McClellan. He was injured while batting in Sunday's game against the Diamondbacks. He allowed five earned runs in three innings on Sunday and has a 1-2 record with a 10.50 ERA so far this season.
Rockies make some minor cuts
(3/18/2007) The Rockies reassigned RHP Bobby Keppel, RHP Zach McClellan, LHP Oscar Rivera and C Edwin Bellorin to minor-league camp. Also, they optioned RHP Denny Bautista, C Alvin Colina, SS Omar Quintanilla and RHP Ryan Speier to Triple-A Colorado Springs and RHP Darren Clarke to Double-A Tulsa.
