Hill added to 40-man roster


(3/11/2013) The Indians selected to contract of reliever Rich Hill from Triple-A Columbus on Monday, giving the left-hander a spot on the 40-man roster. Hill has pitched 5 2/3 scoreless innings over six appearances so far this spring. "To have news like this is obviously good," Hill told MLB.com. "It's just getting ready for the season now. That's the key thing. You can lock into your routine a little bit more going forward."
