Beltre outrighted by Rangers

(11/3/2011) Texas outrighted pitchers Omar Beltre, Merkin Valdez and Eric Hurley on Wednesday. Infielders Andres Blanco and Esteban German were also taken off the 40-man roster. Beltre missed the majority of the 2011 season with a back injury.
