Songwriter Terry Cashman couldn't have written a better song to get us jacked up about an upcoming baseball season! Here we are in late winter, with pigskins still on the minds of many, yet here you are -- reading a Fantasy Baseball column!
CBSSports.com has officially launched our new Fantasy product and we, the Fantasy editorial group, are intent on helping you win your league championship. (Maybe your competition won't read our stuff and you'll be one step ahead -- while they are checking out the latest on Britney and her kids.)
We are working our tails off this spring and we're going to have a ton of material for you to digest -- whether you are a rookie or a Fantasy veteran.
And as far as our product is concerned, we are ecstatic to announce that we now provide auction capabilities to our readers, thanks to an agreement with our friends at FantasyAuctioneer.com.

If Fantasy Baseball content was dinner, our columns are just the side dishes. It's the daily Fantasy updates that we point to as our big entrées -- not the other way around. That's where you are going to learn the most about each player, whether it's their current performance, injury or future expectations -- we relay every piece of news we find.
And if our updates are the main dish and our columns are the side pieces, then I think that makes our videos and podcasts the desserts! (Our blogs can be a light salad I guess. Have I beaten this analogy to death yet?) We'll have multiple weekly videos all season long, including the preseason, with everyone's favorite host, Amber Wilson. And now, for the first time, we'll have a weekly podcast available for free to take with you on the go. Just think -- you can have Emack and me chirping in your ears while commuting to work! Is that a good thing?
We also deliver mock drafts aplenty in a variety of scoring systems, including: mixed Head-to-Head and mixed Rotisserie leagues, as well as AL-only and NL-only Rotisserie and Head-to-Head leagues as well.
