(11:34 pm ET) Rockies pitcher Tyler Matzek had a dominant outing Saturday night against the Diamondbacks in Arizona, improving to 4-9 on the year. The right-hander yielded three hits and three walks while striking out four over seven shutout innings of a 2-0 defeat.

Over his last two starts covering 14 innings, Matzek has allowed two earned runs. He owns a 4.75 ERA and a 1.46 WHIP over 91 innings of work. His next start will come Friday at home against San Diego.

Jake Odorizzi stays dominant vs. Red Sox

(11:28 pm ET) Rays pitcher Jake Odorizzi dominated the Red Sox on Saturday, scattering one hit over seven scoreless frames to improve to 10-11 on the year. He struck out seven and walked three in a 7-0 victory.

Over his last three starts covering 17 2/3 innings, Odorizzi has allowed 11 earned runs. He owns a 4.03 ERA and a 1.28 WHIP over 27 starts (147 1/3 innings). His next start will come Thursday at home against Toronto.

Allen Webster gets hit hard again Saturday

(11:11 pm ET) Red Sox pitcher Allen Webster was hit hard Saturday night against the Rays in Tampa. The right-hander permitted six runs on five hits and three walks while striking out three over four innings of work.

Webster has coughed up six earned runs in each of his last two starts. He owns a 6.69 ERA and a 1.63 WHIP over seven starts (35 innings). He will make his next scheduled start on Thursday against the Yankees in New York.

Bartolo Colon gets roughed up in loss to Phillies

(11:06 pm ET) Mets pitcher Bartolo Colon was roughed up for his 11th loss of the season Saturday night at home against the Phillies. The veteran right-hander yielded six runs on nine hits and no walks while striking out two over 5 1/3 innings of a 7-2 defeat.

Colon moved to 12-11 on the season. He owns a 4.01 ERA and a 1.16 WHIP over 26 starts (172 2 /3 innings). He will make his next start Friday at Cincinnati.

Jerome Williams wins third straight decision

Over his last three starts covering 21 1/3 innings, Williams has allowed only four earned runs. He owns a 5.23 ERA and a 1.46 WHIP over 84 1/3 innings of work. His next start will come Friday at Washington.

Chris Bassitt gets roughed up in doubleheader loss

He permitted five runs on seven hits and four walks while striking out four over 6 1/3 innings of an 8-4 defeat. It remains to be seen if he'll remain with the team moving forward.

Kyle Ryan twirls a gem in spot-start vs. White Sox

Zach Britton strikes out two in perfect frame for the save

Chris Tillman fails to factor into decision vs. Twins

Tillman has allowed one earned run or fewer in each of his last three starts. He owns a 3.36 ERA and a 1.22 WHIP over 29 starts (176 2/3 innings). He will make his next start Thursday at home against Cincinnati.

Kyle Gibson settles for no-decision Saturday
