Timberwolves G Mo Williams doubles up vs. Kings

(10:37 pm ET) Timberwolves guard Mo Williams scored 11 points on 5 of 16 shooting while dishing out 12 assists in his team's 113-101 loss to the Kings Saturday.

Williams was posted four straight double-digit performances, delivering two double-doubles during that stretch. He also kicked in a pair of rebounds in 35 minutes in the loss. Williams' next test comes Wednesday against Milwaukee.


Kings C DeMarcus Cousins posts 31-18 line vs. Timberwolves

(10:34 pm ET) Kings center DeMarcus Cousins scored a team-high 31 points on 11 of 15 shooting while racking up rebounds in his team's 113-101 win over the Timberwolves Saturday.

Cousins matched his season-best rebounding total while exploding for his first 30-point performance since Nov. 5. He also delivered two assists, two blocks and one steal in 39 minutes Saturday. Cousins has a few days off before facing the Pelicans in New Orleans Tuesday.


Raptors' Lou Williams scores 36 points in victory over Cleveland

(10:33 pm ET) Raptors guard Lou Williams scored a career-high 36 points in a 110-93 victory over the Cavaliers Saturday.

It was Williams’ second straight game scoring 20 or more points. He shot 9 of 19 from the field and was a perfect 15 for 15 at the free throw line.

The Raptors next play Monday against Phoenix.


Rockets G Patrick Beverley injures hamstring, will not return

(10:27 pm ET) Rockets guard Patrick Beverley will not return to Saturday's game against the Mavericks with a sore hamstring, the team announced.

Beverley was sidelined for much of November with a hamstring injury but was suiting up for his fourth straight game Saturday before running into an issue and coming out in the second half. He finishes the game with 20 points on 7 of 16 shooting, including a career-high six three-pointers in 11 attempts, in 30 minutes of action. The Rockets' next game comes Monday against the Knicks.


Pelicans G Eric Gordon separates shoulder, will not return

(10:24 pm ET) Pelicans guard Eric Gordon suffered a separated shoulder in Saturday's game and will not return, the team announced.

Gordon suffered the injury in the first half Saturday and wraps up his night with eight points on 4 of 7 shooting in 13 minutes. The Pelicans have two days off before facing the Kings Tuesday.


Knicks' Amar'e Stoudemire contributes double-double in win

Stoudemire finished with 16 points on 5 of 6 shooting and 11 rebounds. The Knicks next play Monday at Houston.


Carmelo Anthony scores 25 points to lead Knicks to win Saturday

Anthony also added seven rebounds and two assists. The Knicks next play Monday at Houston.


Wizards PF Nene out with plantar fascia injury Saturday

(10:00 pm ET) Wizards power forward Nene has been ruled out for the remainder of Saturday's game against the Bucks with a plantar fascia injury in his right foot, the team announced.

Nene played just six minutes in the first half, scoring two points on 1 of 2 shooting. He was averaging 11.5 points and 5.2 rebounds in 10 games coming into Saturday's matchup. The Wizards are off for the next two days before facing the Hawks Tuesday.


Heat guard Mario Chalmers scores 24 points in Heat win Saturday

(9:56 pm ET) Heat guard Mario Chalmers continued to be a focal point of the Heat's offense during Saturday's win against the Magic. Chalmers scored 24 points and added eight assists.

Chalmers has scored more than 20 points in three of the Heat’s last five games. The Heat next play Sunday against Charlotte.


Magic center Nikola Vucevic nets double-double in loss
