Trail Blazers view guard Tim Frazier as long-term fit
by Sean d'Oliveira | CBSSports.com
(6:16 pm ET) With the Trail Blazers recently signing Tim Frazier, coach Terry Stotts views the move as an investment in the future and not just as a late-season addition, reports The Oregonian.

"Moving forward, I think it's in the best interest of the franchise," Stotts said. "This is not a playoff move. This is a moving forward move."

Frazier is scheduled to be available to play in Wednesday's game and Stotts said Frazier will also play for team's Summer League team and will be invited to training camp with the Blazers.

"I have not seen him play, but from what I've been told, he's a good point guard, he's a good defender," Stotts said. "He's the kind of guy you would want in your program."
