Howard is averaging 15.9 points and 10.6 rebounds this year.


Rockets list F Terrence Jones (lung) as questionable Wednesday

(4:41 pm ET) Rockets forward Terrence Jones has been upgraded to questionable for Wednesday's game against the Kings, reports the Houston Chronicle.

Jones is suffering from a collapsed lung and last played March 19. In 25 games, Jones is averaging 12.4 points and 7.3 rebounds.


Clippers' Glen Davis fined $15,000 for kicking seat cushion into stands

(4:29 pm ET) Clippers forward Glen Davis was fined $15,000 by the NBA on Tuesday for kicking a seat cushion into the stands during Sunday's game at Boston.

The incident occurred during the fourth quarter after the Clippers called a timeout. The cushion did not appear to harm any fans.


Timberwolves reveal injury report for Wednesday's game

(4:11 pm ET) The Timberwolves are still experiencing a variety of injuries and unveiled six players on the injury report for Wednesday's game against the Raptors, reports the StarTribune.

Forward Anthony Bennett is listed as probable with an ankle injury, while guard Ricky Rubio (ankle) and forward Kevin Garnett (knee) are doubtful. Guard Kevin Martin (hamstring) is considered questionable, while guard Gary Neal (ankle) and center and Gorgui Dieng (concussion) are out.


Kings coach George Karl unsure which players will start Wednesday

(3:51 pm ET) With forward Rudy Gay and center DeMarcus Cousins dealing with various injuries, Kings coach George Karl indicated he is unsure which players will start in Wednesday's game at Houston, reports The Sacramento Bee.

Gay has been ruled out Wednesday, while Cousins may sit to rest his ailing body. As a result, Ben McLemore, Ray McCallum and Jason Thompson could be in line more opportunities Wednesday.


Mavericks' J.J. Barea (ankle) participates in Tuesday's practice

Barea is dealing with an ankle injury, which caused him to miss the last four games. His status for Wednesday's game at Oklahoma City has not been determined.


Mavericks optimistic guard Monta Ellis (calf) can play Wednesday

(3:33 pm ET) Mavericks coach Rick Carlisle said Tuesday 'it looks promising' that guard Monta Ellis will be able to play in Wednesday's game at Oklahoma City, according to the team's official website. However, Carlisle added that Ellis needs to be at 100 percent in order to play Wednesday.

Ellis missed Sunday's contest due to a calf injury, which he suffered during Friday's game. Despite the injury, Ellis was able to participate in Tuesday's practice.


Kings expects Rudy Gay to miss 4-5 days with concussion

(3:23 pm ET) After sustaining a concussion during Monday's game, Kings coach George Karl said he expects forward Rudy Gay to miss four-to-five days as he goes through concussion protocol, reports The Sacramento Bee.

Gay has already been ruled out of Wednesday's game and will likely sit out of Friday's contest as well. Forward Omri Casspi will likely see his playing time increase with Gay out.


Warriors rule Draymond Green (shin) out of Tuesday's game

(3:10 pm ET) Warriors forward Draymond Green will not be able to play in Tuesday's game at the Los Angeles Clippers, reports the San Francisco Chronicle.

Green is dealing with a minor shin injury and forward David Lee will start in place of Green.

Coach Steve Kerr said Green would've played Tuesday if the game had more meaning and Green could also sit out of Thursday's contest to rest the shin

The Warriors are 3 1/2-point underdogs.
