Pistons C Andre Drummond posts 18-20 line vs. Nets

(8:40 pm ET) Pistons center Andre Drummond scored 18 points on 7 of 15 shooting while racking up 20 rebounds in his team's 110-105 loss to the Nets Sunday.

Drummond was able to haul in 13 offensive rebounds en route to his second 20-rebound performance in his last three games. His double-double was his seventh in 11 December contests. Drummond also blocked one shot in his 28 minutes of action Sunday. He's set to face the Pacers Friday.


Nets' Joe Johnson able to return from eye injury

Johnson was poked in the eye, and briefly went back to the locker room. He was able to return to the court, and returned to the game after a few minutes. 


Heat center Justin Hamilton unlikely to return on Sunday

Hamilton is dealing with a headache, and is unlikely to return to the contest. Hamilton played seven minutes, but did not score any points. 


Cavaliers' LeBron James picks up a double-double on Sunday

(7:45 pm ET) Cavaliers forward LeBron James picked up a double-double on Sunday against the Grizzlies.

James led the way, shooting 9-15 from the field. He hit three shots from beyond the arc, and sunk four free throws. James finished with 25 points. He made sure to involve his teammates, dishing out 11 assists. 


Grizzlies' Marc Gasol doubles up on the Cavs on Sunday

(7:42 pm ET) Grizzlies center Marc Gasol posted a double-double on Sunday against the Cavaliers.

Gasol shot 10-17 from the field. He added three free throws, finishing with 23 points. Gasol was also active on the boards, pulling down 11 rebounds. 


Knicks center Samuel Dalembert ejected on Sunday

(7:40 pm ET) Knicks center Samuel Dalembert was ejected from Sunday's game against the Raptors.

Dalembert picked up a flagrant 2 foul after throwing an elbow at Jonas Valaciunas. Dalembert played 14 minutes, picking up two points and two rebounds before he was ejected.


Raptors guard Kyle Lowry just misses double-double

(6:50 pm ET) Raptors guard Kyle Lowry just missed a double-double on Sunday.

Lowry shot 7-12 from the field, including 2-4 from beyond the arc. Lowry hit all fix of his free throws during the contest. He finished with 22 points. Lowry narrowly missed a double-double, dishing out nine assists. 


Knicks' Carmelo Anthony goes for 28 points on Sunday

(6:47 pm ET) Knicks forward Carmelo Anthony scored 28 points on Sunday against the Raptors.

Anthony shot 12-26 from the field, including 1-4 from beyond the arc. He sunk three free throws during the contest. Anthony finished with five rebounds and three assists. 


Thunder center Kendrick Perkins expected to go on Sunday

Perkins is dealing with a knee injury, and was considered a game-time decision. When asked whether he would go, Perkins said, "hell yeah, I'll play tonight." 


Heat forward Chris Bosh hoping to return on Thursday

(6:29 pm ET) Heat forward Chris Bosh is hoping he'll be able to return on Thursday, according to the Palm Beach Post.

Bosh is dealing with a calf strain, but believes he can return by the end of the week. "It’s a possibility, I think," he said. "That’s me being a glass-half-full kind of guy." Bosh has said he's targeting a December 25 return, but added that the team is telling him to take it easy. “I’ve been saying that and they’re like, ‘OK, take it easy. Just work today.’ Health is the priority," Bosh said. Even if he's unable to return on Thursday, Bosh believes he'll return soon.
