by R.J. White | CBSSports.com

And I think that’s the biggest thing with him right now. He knows exactly what we need him to do on both ends of the floor."

(5:04 pm ET) With guard Darren Collison being sidelined for the near future, Kings coach George Karl said he plans to split Collison's role between Ray McCallum Jr. and Andre Miller, reports CowBellKingdom.com.

"I think right now probably my desire is to split them, probably 24-24 is kind of in mind what it’s going to end up," Karl said. "Probably defensively, Ray would be in the game when it counts and [Miller] would be in the game probably offensively. At the end of the game, probably Andre has more experience, but Ray’s got to learn how to play there too."
