Hawks forward DeMarre Carroll scores 24 points in win

(10:23 pm ET) Hawks small forward DeMarre Carroll scored 24 points on 8 of 12 shooting from the field, including 3 of 5 from 3-point range, in Atlanta's 99-86 win over the Heat Friday.

Carroll, who also went 5 of 7 from the free throw line, added five rebounds and two assists to his totals. It was his first 20-plus point game in his last eight games and just his second of the month.


Wizards guard John Wall stuffs the stat sheet in win Friday

(10:20 pm ET) Wizards point guard John Wall scored 32 points on 12 of 30 shooting from the field, including 2 of 4 from 3-point range in Washington's 110-107 double overtime win over the Hornets.

Wall also pulled down nine rebounds and dished out six assists in the contest. It was Wall's second consecutive 30-plus point game and third of the month.


Hornets center Al Jefferson scores 31 points in loss Friday

(10:16 pm ET) Hornets center Al Jefferson scored 31 points on 14 of 24 shooting from the field in Charlotte's 110-107 double overtime loss to the Wizards Friday.

Jefferson also pulled down 10 rebounds, leading to his second consecutive double-double and third in his last five games. 


Sixers center Nerlens Noel scores career-high 30 points

(10:13 pm ET) 76ers center Nerlens Noel scored a career-high 30 points on 12 of 17 shooting from the field in Philadelphia's 119-98 loss to the Clippers Friday. 

Noel, who also shot 6 of 8 from the free throw line, added 14 rebounds to his totals, leading to third straight double-double and fourth in the last five games. Noel added two assists and two steals to his totals.

"He's an A+ athlete, a track star," coach Brett Brown said. "There was no backdown tonight, and he went right at DeAndre Jordan."


Clippers center DeAndre Jordan posts fourth straight double-double

(10:08 pm ET) Clippers center DeAndre Jordan scored 17 points on 6 of 10 shooting from the field and 5 of 17 from the free throw line in Los Angeles' 119-98 win over the 76ers Friday. Jordan also pulled down a game-high 20 rebounds, leading to his fourth consecutive double-double and 40th overall on the season.

Jordan has posted double figures in rebounds in all but seven games this season and over 20 rebounds in 11 games. He added two blocks to his totals.


Magic center Nikola Vucevic doubles up Pistons in losing effort

(9:57 pm ET) Magic center Niklola Vucevic scored 20 points on 10 of 18 shooting from the field in Orlando's 111-97 loss to the Pistons Friday.

Vucevic also pulled down a game-high 14 rebounds, leading to his second consecutive double-double and 41st overall on the year. He has six double-doubles in the last nine games. Vucevic also added one block and one assist to his totals.


Pistons guard Reggie Jackson posts another triple-double Friday

(9:53 pm ET) Pistons point guard Reggie Jackson scored 26 points on 9 of 19 shooting from the field in Detroit's 111-97 win over the Magic Friday.

Jackson also pulled down a team-high 11 rebounds and dished out a team-high 10 assists, leading to his second triple-double in the last five games. Jackson has dished out double digit assists in four of the last five games with nine in the other.


Suns guard Brandon Knight out for Friday's game against the Blazers

(9:50 pm ET) Suns point guard Brandon Knight will miss Friday's game against the Trail Blazers with a left ankle sprain, reports AZCentral.com.

Knight, who is averaging 17.2 points and 5.3 assists per game, will miss his eighth consecutive game with the injury. The Suns are currently 1-point underdogs.


Hornets' Michael Kidd-Gilchrist suffers left ankle sprain, won't return

(9:16 pm ET) Hornets forward Michael Kidd-Gilchrist suffered a left ankle sprain in Friday's game against the Wizards and will not return. 

Gilchrist went down hard and grabbed at his ankle before needing assistance to head to the locker room. He scored 11 points on 4 of 11 shooting from the field and grabbed eight rebounds before exiting.


Nuggets forward Darrell Arthur out again on Friday

(8:31 pm ET) Nuggets forward Darrell Arthur will miss Friday's game against the Jazz while dealing with a calf injury, reports the Denver Post.

Arthur, who is averaging 6.6 points and 2.9 rebounds per game, also missed Wednesday's game with the injury. He has played four of the last seven games with the injury.
