Spurs F Kawhi Leonard still experiencing blurry vision
by Igor Mello | CBSSports.com
(3:22 pm ET) Spurs small forward Kawhi Leonard told reporters his vision is still not 100 percent following San Antonio's 121-92 victory in Minnesota on Friday, reports the San Antonio Express-News.

Leonard contracted conjunctivitis in Germany during the preseason and has been playing with a fog in his right eye, which is clearly affecting his shooting. His right eye remains blurry and sensitive to light, per the paper. After shooting 52.2 percent from the field last season, Leonard has converted only 43.3 percent of his field goal attempts through 11 games.

"There’s really nothing I can do about it," Leonard said. "I just have to play through it."

Brooks: Durant, Westbrook 'looked good' in 'portions of practice'
by Igor Mello | CBSSports.com
(2:38 pm ET) Thunder coach Scott Brooks told reporters small forward Kevin Durant (foot) and guard Russell Westbrook (hand) "looked good" in "portions of practice" Saturday, reports the Oklahoman. Both players took part in non contact portions of practice for the first time since being sidelined with their respective injuries.

According to an earlier report, both are "healing at an accelerated rate" and could be back in the starting lineup as early as the end of next week.

Thunder F Mitch McGary a limited participant in practice
by Igor Mello | CBSSports.com
(2:33 pm ET) Thunder power forward Mitch McGary went through "parts" of Oklahoma City's practice on Saturday, reports the Oklahoman. McGary is entering the sixth week of his recovery from a fractured left foot, which has caused him to miss the first 14 games of the season.

Rockets C Dwight Howard upgraded to questionable for Saturday
by Igor Mello | CBSSports.com
(2:29 pm ET) Rockets center Dwight Howard was upgraded from doubtful to questionable for Saturday's game against the Mavericks, according to Comcast SportsNet Houston. He is averaging 18.8 points, 11.3 rebounds and 2.3 blocks through 10 games played.

Wilson Chandler, Danilo Gallinari still battling for starting spot
by Igor Mello | CBSSports.com
(2:24 pm ET) Nuggets coach Brian Shaw indicated that if Wilson Chandler continues to play at a high level, he could earn the starting job at small forward over Danilo Gallinari, per the Denver Post.

"If we reel off a ton of games in a row and we get in a groove with everything being the way it is, I would leave it the same way," coach Brian Shaw said. "I did tell Gallo and Wilson, when I made the change to put Wilson in the starting lineup, that it wasn't going to be permanent. And so, now it's just a matter of when I feel confident enough in Gallo being back to where he was or close to where he was, to switch it back. But he's not there yet, and so we'll just leave it the way it is."

Chandler has started 10 of the team's first 12 games this season, averaging 12.0 points, 5.5 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 28.3 minutes per contest. Gallinari, who is coming off ACL surgery, is averaging 6.9 points, 2.7 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 17.7 minutes per game.
