The team won't be able to tell if the wrist is displaced for a few days, and they'll make a decision on surgery once that is known. After scoring 71 points in his last two games, Martin is out indefinitely with the injury.

76ers send JaKarr Sampson to D-League
by R.J. White | CBSSports.com
(6:54 pm ET) The 76ers assigned rookie forward JaKarr Sampson to Delaware of the NBA D-League Friday.

"He hadn’t played in a while, and the log jam [at small forward] obviously is a result of that," coach Brett Brown told the Philadelphia Inquirer. "And we wanted to get him games. I think that’s one of the great things about having our own NBDL program. We can go back and forth and use him in that respect."

Sampson has averaged 2.0 points and 11.2 minutes in nine appearances.

by R.J. White | CBSSports.com

Both players continue to deal with an illness that rocked the Memphis roster. Allen is questionable for Friday's game, while Pondexter is doubtful. As they are the only two players whose availability is in question, center Kosta Koufos, guard Beno Udrih and forwards Jarnell Stokes and Jon Leuer will be available Friday.
