Warriors rule Draymond Green (shin) out of Tuesday's game

(3:10 pm ET) Warriors forward Draymond Green will not be able to play in Tuesday's game at the Los Angeles Clippers, reports the San Francisco Chronicle.

Green is dealing with a minor shin injury. Forward David Lee will start in place of Green.

The Warriors are 3 1/2-point underdogs.


Pelicans guard Jrue Holiday nearing return from leg injury

(2:51 pm ET) Pelicans guard Jrue Holiday was not able to practice Tuesday, but coach Month Williams said Holiday is close to returning, reports NewOrleansAdvocate.com.

Holiday has not played since Jan. 12 after suffering a stress fracture in his lower right leg. Holiday is scheduled to see a doctor before Wednesday's game against Lakers to reevaluate the injury.


Wizards guard Will Bynum (hamstring) able to practice Tuesday

(2:32 pm ET) For the first time since being signed by the Wizards, guard Will Bynum was able to participate in a full practice with the team Tuesday, reports CSNWashington.com. Coach Randy Wittman said he liked what he saw from Bynum during the practice. 

Bynum sustained a hamstring injury earlier in March while playing in China, but he was able to play three minutes during Friday's contest.


Hornets guard Lance Stephenson upset over not playing Monday

(2:09 pm ET) After not playing in Monday's game due to a coach's decision, Hornets guard Lance Stephenson was asked if he was upset over the decision, which Stephenson did not agree with, reports The Charlotte Observer.

"Of course," Stephenson said. "I feel like I could have helped our team. I feel like I could have helped tonight. But it's not in my hands. I just come out every day and try to get ready for each game and stay in shape."

Coach Steve Clifford said with Michael Kidd-Gilchrist sidelined, he has turned to Jeff Taylor to replace Kidd-Gilchrist and the team has struggled to find consistency from its bench players.

"I explained to [Stephenson] that I'm not saying it's his fault at all," Clifford said.


Knicks guard Tim Hardaway Jr. (wrist) unlikely to play Wednesday

(1:57 pm ET) Knicks guard Tim Hardaway Jr. is still dealing with a sprained wrist and he is not able to shoot using his right hand, reports Newsday.

Hardaway Jr. has not played since March 15 because of the wrist injury. In 63 games, he is averaging 11.3 points and 2.2 rebounds.


Thunder's Dion Waiters misses practice Tuesday due to foot issue

Waiters has recently been bothered by a foot injury, but coach Scott Brooks said Waiters is feeling better.


Wizards' Kris Humphries (groin) participates in practice Tuesday

(1:46 pm ET) Wizards forward Kris Humphries was able to practice with the team Tuesday, the team announced.

Humphries has missed the last 15 games with a groin injury, but he said he hopes to be able to play in Wednesday's game against the 76ers. Humphries is averaging 8.1 points and 6.7 rebounds in 56 games.


Pelicans list Ryan Anderson (knee) as questionable Wednesday

(1:41 pm ET) For the first time in more than a month, Pelicans forward Ryan Anderson has a chance to play in a game. Anderson is listed as questionable for Wednesday's game at the Los Angeles Lakers, the team announced.

Anderson has not played since Feb. 21 after suffering a sprained right knee. In 52 games, Anderson is averaging 14.6 points and 5.1 rebounds.


Bulls F Doug McDermott misses practice Tuesday due to back issue

McDermott has missed the last three games while dealing with the back issue. In 35 games, McDermott is averaging 3.1 points and 1.2 rebounds.


Bulls guard Derrick Rose participates in 5-on-5 scrimmage Tuesday

(1:30 pm ET) Bulls guard Derrick Rose continues to show signs he has recovered from knee surgery after participating in a five-on-five scrimmage during Tuesday's practice, reports ESPNChicago.com.

Coach Tom Thibodeau said Rose needs to get his conditioning back before returning and he did not offer a timetable on Rose's return.

"He's in a good place," Thibodeau said.
