Heat SG Dwyane Wade good to go Wednesday
by R.J. White | CBSSports.com
(6:14 pm ET) Heat coach Erik Sploestra indicated that shooting guard Dwyane Wade will play Wednesday against the Jazz, FOX Sports Florida reports.

Wade played 36 minutes Tuesday, scoring 28 points in his team's win in Brooklyn, but told reporters after the game that he may sit out Wednesday. Instead, he'll take the floor for his 11th consecutive game played. Wade has averaged 21.4 points and 5.4 assists in 18 games.

Chris Kaman's Fantasy value gets a small boost
by Chris Towers | CBSSports.com
(6:02 pm ET) Trail Blazers center Chris Kaman seems likely to remain in a reserve role for the Blazers even in the wake of Robin Lopez's broken hand, but that doesn't mean his Fantasy value will remain static. At the Fantasy Basketball Today blog, I took a look at Kaman's Fantasy potential for the six weeks while Lopez is expected out:

"However, though the path to a larger role is clearer for him, Kaman still has plenty of questions attached to his value. Specifically, whether he can manage to hold up under the strain of more minutes. Kaman has been notoriously injury-prone in recent years, missing an average of 32 games per season between 2010-11 and 2013-14. He has not averaged more than 21 minutes per game since 2011-12, and might not be able to carry a larger load without setbacks.

Kaman should be productive in a larger role, but hopefully the Blazers are judicious with their usage of him. This team doesn't have the depth to afford losing Kaman as well, so it might be best to cap his minutes around 25 on most nights. Additionally, his production may not increase as much as we might hope, since he's going from anchoring the second unit to playing more with a Blazers' first unit that doesn't leave many shots left over for the fifth option."

Kaman is worth adding in many Fantasy leagues, though he probably shouldn't be viewed as more than a low-end top-20 center even in an expanded role.

Hawks guard Jeff Teague officially out Wednesday against Cavaliers
by Brandon Wise | CBSSports.com
(5:51 pm ET) Hawks point guard Jeff Teague is officially out for Wednesday against the Cavaliers. Teague, who is averaging 16.8 points and 7.0 assists per game, is dealing with a hamstring injury he suffered Monday.

Guards Dennis Schroder and Shelvin Mack are expected to see extra minutes in Teague's place.

Khris Middleton, Ersan Ilyasova worth a look on waivers
by Chris Towers | CBSSports.com
(5:50 pm ET) In the fallout from Jabari Parker's torn ACL, the Bucks are left with a massive hole in their rest-of-season plans. Not only was Parker the team's long-term offensive centerpiece, but he was also already second on the team in minutes played as well.

At the Fantasy Basketball Today blog, I took a look at the possible replacements for Parker on the Bucks' roster, headlined by Khris Middleton and Ersan Ilyasova:

"Middleton wasn't a great shooter in college, but has now connected on 39.9 percent of his 3-point attempts in the NBA, on a pretty hefty sample size. He should slot in nicely at small forward if the team opts to stick him there, and already showed he can be a solid Fantasy option last season, when he averaged 13.3 points, 2.4 assists and 1.7 3-pointers per game in 64 starts a year ago.

If Middleton is the priority as a Parker replacement, Ilyasova is the dark horse. Personally, I'm not terribly interested in adding Ilyasova, though I was consistently one of his biggest boosters last season. He has simply struggled to consistently produce, even when given a chance, and is shooting just 29.6 percent on 3-pointers since the end of the 2012-13 season, on 179 attempts."

Middleton is worth adding in nearly all category-based formats, especially if you are in need of a replacement for Parker. Ilyasova is also worth a flier, given how well he played prior to a broken nose, but is by no means a must-add option.

Hornets Noah Vonleh, Jeff Taylor will not play on Wednesday
by Chris Cwik | CBSSports.com
(5:41 pm ET) Hornets forwards Noah Vonleh and Jeff Taylor are inactive for Wednesday's game, according to the Charlotte Observer.

Vonleh has only played in three games this season. Once P.J. Hairston returned, Vonleh has not played in a game. Taylor is eligible to return from his suspension, but will not do so. He hasn't played since rupturing his Achilles last December.

Cavaliers' Mike Miller unable to go on Wednesday
by Chris Cwik | CBSSports.com
(5:33 pm ET) Cavaliers forward Mike Miller will not play against the Hawks on Wednesday, according to FoxSports.

Miller was initially expected to be available, but that is no longer the case. Miller is attempting to get over a concussion, and will need at least another day. He's averaging 1.5 points per game this year.

Cavaliers' Kevin Love expected to go on Wednesday
by Chris Cwik | CBSSports.com
(5:30 pm ET) Cavaliers forward Kevin Love is expected to play against the Hawks on Wednesday, according to FoxSports.

Love came into the game questionable due to an illness. Love is dealing with flu-like symptoms, but will attempt to give it a go. In 23 games, Love is averaging 17.8 points and 10.5 rebounds.

Report: Celtics exploring trade options for Rajon Rondo again
by Brandon Wise | CBSSports.com
(4:56 pm ET) The Celtics are expressing more interest in a pursuing a deal for point guard Rajon Rondo, according Yahoo Sports NBA Insider Adrian Wojnarowski.

Boston's price for Rondo is still "pretty high, probably higher than most want to pay," one league official told Yahoo.

Rondo, who is averaging 8.0 points, 10.6 assists and 7.5 rebounds per game, is set to become a free agent in July.

Kings center DeMarcus Cousins on track to play Thursday
by Brandon Wise | CBSSports.com
(4:28 pm ET) Kings center DeMarcus Cousins was able to practice Wednesday and is on track to play Thursday against the Bucks, coach Ty Corbin said.

Cousins should play Thursday, barring a setback in shootaround. Cousins, who has not played since Nov. 26 with meningitis, is averaging 23.5 points and 12.6 rebounds per game.

If Cousins is unable to play, forwards Reggie Evans and Jason Thompson would continue to see extended minutes for Sacramento.

Pacers' C.J. Watson questionable for Wednesday against Clippers
by Brandon Wise | CBSSports.com
(3:24 pm ET) Pacers guard C.J. Watson is listed as questionable for Wednesday against the Clippers with a sinus infection.

Watson, who was unable to participate in shootaround, is averaging 11.2 points and 4.4 assists per game this year.
