Cavs' Tristan Thompson doubles up Thunder in win Sunday

(6:17 pm ET) Cavaliers forward Tristan Thompson scored 10 points on 3 of 4 shooting and grabbed a game-high 16 rebounds in Cleveland's 108-98 win over the Thunder Sunday. Coming off the bench, it was Thompson's season-high for rebounds in a game. It was also his 11th double-double of the season.

Thompson blocked three shots on the evening.


Cavaliers' LeBron James scores game-high 34 points in win

(6:11 pm ET) Cavaliers forward LeBron James scored a game-high 34 points on 11 of 25 shooting from the field, including 10 of 13 from the free throw line, in Cleveland's 108-98 win over the Thunder.

James a bit of everything on Sunday, grabbing seven rebounds, dishing out five assists and blocking two shots. Since returning from injury, James is averaging 30.3 points, 6.9 rebounds and 6.3 assists in eight games.


Timberwolves' Nikola Pekovic will start Sunday at Atlanta

(5:59 pm ET) Timberwolves center Nikola Pekovic will make his return to the starting lineup for Sunday's game at Atlanta, the team announced.

Pekovic has played the last two games after being out since Nov. 15 with a right wrist fracture.

The Timberwolves are 18-point underdogs to the Hawks.


Suns center Brandan Wright out for Sunday's game with heel injury

(5:39 pm ET) Suns center Brandan Wright will miss Sunday's game against the Clippers with a sore left heel, the team announced pregame.

Wright has played in six games since being traded to Phoenix and is averaging 4.8 points and 2.6 rebounds in 17.6 minutes per contest.


Raptors' Amir Johnson available to play Sunday vs. Pistons

(5:35 pm ET) The Raptors announced forward Amir Johnson will be available to play in Sunday's game against the Pistons.

Johnson is dealing with a strained shoulder, but will remain in the starting lineup. In 40 games, Johnson is averaging 9.6 points and 5.9 rebounds.

The Raptors were 7 1/2-point favorites, but the line has moved to 8-points.


Blazers list Nicolas Batum as questionable for Monday

(5:30 pm ET) Trail Blazers forward Nicolas Batum is listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Nets with a wrist injury, the team announced Sunday.

Batum, who told reporters he tore a tendon in his wrist during a Dec. 17 game against the Bucks, is averaging 9.1 points and 5.2 rebounds per game. If he is unable to go, Allen Crabbe or Will Barton would start in Batum's place.

The Blazers are currently 6-point favorites against Brooklyn.


Pistons officially announce Brandon Jennings out for season

(5:16 pm ET) Pistons point guard Brandon Jennings will miss the remainder of the season after suffering a ruptured Achilles tendon during Saturday's game, the team announced Sunday.

Jennings had to be helped off the floor after falling to the ground Saturday and not being able to put any weight on his left leg.

Jennings' season ends averaging 15.4 points and 6.6 assists in 41 games.


Pacers guard C.J. Miles out for Sunday's game against the Magic

(5:02 pm ET) The Pacers will be without guard C.J. Miles for Sunday's game against the Magic due to a left groin strain, the team announced pregame.

Miles is averaging 12.4 points and 2.9 rebounds in 36 games this season. 

The Pacers are currently 2-point favorites against Orlando Sunday.


Wolves declare Martin out Sunday; LaVine, Bennett available

(5:01 pm ET) The Timberwolves announced forward Kevin Martin is out of Sunday's game at Atlanta. Martin is recovering from a fractured wrist and has not played since Nov. 19.

Meanwhile, the Timberwolves listed forward Anthony Bennett and guard Zach LaVine as active for Sunday's game. Bennett is dealing with a sore right knee, while LaVine has a sprained left elbow.

The Timberwolves are 18-point underdogs to the Hawks.


Pelicans expect forward Ryan Anderson to play Sunday

Anderson missed Friday’s win over the Timberwolves because of bilateral ankle inflammation.
