Nuggets' Ty Lawson scores 18 in losing effort against Hornets

(9:42 pm ET) Nuggets point guard Ty Lawson scored 18 points on 8 for 15 shooting in Denver's 110-82 loss to the Hornets Monday. 

Lawson also had four assists and four turnovers in defeat. Lawson made the Nuggets only two three pointers of the night, with the team shooting 2 for 18.

The Nuggets will look to bounce back Tuesday against the Nets.


Timofey Mozgov get stitches, plays limited minutes Monday

(9:38 pm ET) Nuggets center Timofey Mozgov had just two points and three rebounds in Monday's loss to the Hornets. Mozgov also only played 15 minutes in the game after being elbowed in the head by Bismack Biyombo late in the first quarter. 

Mozgov went back to the locker room to get stitches and was able to return. The Nuggets will look to bounce back Tuesday against the Nets.


Hornets' Kemba Walker scores 18 points in rout of Nuggets

(9:31 pm ET) Hornets point guard Kemba Walker scored 18 points and dished out nine assists in Charlotte's 110-82 win over the Nuggets Monday.

Walker came up one assist away from his fourth double-double of the season in just 30 minutes of game action. He also shot 5 for 12 from the field and 6 for 6 from the free throw line.

Walker and the Hornets will look to stay hot against the Bucks Tuesday.


Al Jefferson shoots lights out in blowout win over Nuggets

(9:26 pm ET) Hornets center Al Jefferson went 10 for 13 from field, scoring 22 points to lead Charlotte in a 110-82 blowout win over the Nuggets Monday. 

Jefferson, who was dealing with a groin injury coming into the game, was one of five Hornets players to reach double figures in points and also pulled down seven rebounds. 

With the lead in hand, Jefferson and the starters rested during the fourth quarter.

The Hornets will look to stay hot Tuesday against the Bucks.


Hawks' Jeff Teague to miss third straight game Monday

(7:49 pm ET) Hawks point guard Jeff Teague is out for Monday's game against the Mavericks with a hamstring injury. 

This makes three straight games out of the lineup for Teague while dealing with the hamstring. Dennis Schroder looks likely to start for the Hawks.


Spurs' Tony Parker to play and start Monday against the Clippers

(6:52 pm ET) Spurs point guard Tony Parker will play and start Monday against the Clippers after being listed as questionable with a hamstring injury.

Parker was upgraded to questionable earlier in the day. Parker has missed San Antonio's last five games due to the hamstring injury. 

The Spurs are 1-point underdogs at home against the Clippers Monday.


Nuggets' Darrell Arhtur out for Monday against the Hornets

(6:44 pm ET) Nuggets forward Darrell Arthur will not play Monday against the Hornets due to a leg injury. 

Arthur was considered doubtful heading into the game after missing Saturday's game against the Pacers.

Arthur is averaging 7.8 points and 4.1 rebounds per game.


Grizzlies rule out Zach Randolph, Tony Allen for Monday night

(6:43 pm ET) Grizzlies power forward Zach Randolph (knee) and shooting guard Tony Allen (eye) won't play Tuesday night against the Jazz, reports the Salt Lake Tribune. Randolph is missing his second straight game, while Allen is missing his fourth straight.

Memphis, an 8-point favorite over Utah, won't play again until hosting the Rockets on Friday.


Bulls' Thibodeau says Derrick Rose, Taj Gibson will play Monday

(6:41 pm ET) Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau said Derrick Rose and Taj Gibson will both play Monday against the Raptors. Rose and Gibson were both listed as probable heading into the matchup with Toronto.

The Bulls are 4-point favorites against the Raptors Monday.


Raptors' Landry Fields out for Monday's game against the Bulls

(6:37 pm ET) Raptors guard Landry Fields will miss Monday's game against the Bulls with concussion-like symptoms. 

Fields also missed Sunday's game against the Knicks because of the concussion. He is averaging 3.2 points and 1.3 rebounds per game.

The Raptors are 4-point underdogs in Chicago Monday.
