Report: Nets prepared to unload Andrei Kirilenko

(3:44 pm ET) It's quite possible that veteran forward Andrei Kirilenko has played his last game with the Nets, according to the New York Post, which is reporting that he could be traded or cut soon.

Kirilenko, who is not with the club this weekend due to personal issues, has barely played all season.

Hill has yet to play this season.


Rockets' Dwight Howard undergoes minor knee therapy treatment

(3:28 pm ET) To help alleviate issues with his strained knee, Rockets center Dwight Howard told reporters he underwent platelet rich protein therapy, reports the Houston Chronicle.

Howard missed Wednesday’s loss to the Los Angeles Lakers with a strained knee and is not expected to play Saturday against Dallas. He is currently listed as day-to-day.


Pacers star Paul George not ruling himself out for season

(3:27 pm ET) Pacers small forward Paul George has been pretty much ruled out by his team for the entire season with a broken leg, but he is not ruling himself out. His goal is to get back on the court before it's over, VigilantSports.com has reported.

George has run in a pool and expects to put in some work on the court soon.

Spurs declare Matt Bonner, Patty Mills out Friday

(2:23 pm ET) The Spurs ruled Matt Bonner (illness) and Patty Mills (shoulder) out for Friday’s game at Minnesota.

This is the second consecutive game Bonner has missed with the illness, while Mills has yet to play this season because of shoulder surgery.

West has yet to play this season as he deals with a sprained ankle.


Report: Hornets F Jeff Taylor will not appeal suspension

(1:58 pm ET) The Hornets will be without forward Jeff Taylor for the entire 24-game suspension he has been serving since the beginning of the season.

Sources indicated Taylor has no plans to appeal the suspension and will serve all 24 games, Yahoo Sports reports.

Taylor was suspended by NBA commissioner Adam Silver for pleading guilty to a domestic violence charge. Taylor has missed 12 games while serving the suspension.


Timberwolves' Kevin Martin diagnosed with fractured wrist

(1:36 pm ET) The Timberwolves announced guard Kevin Martin will be out indefinitely after an MRI revealed he has a fracture in his right wrist.

The fracture occurred during the first quarter of Wednesday’s game against the Knicks. Despite suffering the injury early in the game, Martin still managed to score 37 points. Through nine games, Martin is averaging 20.4 points and 3.7 rebounds.
