(1:07 pm ET) The Timberwolves announced guard Mo Williams will miss Wednesday's game against the Celtics due to personal reasons. He is expected to join the team Thursday.

In 36 games, Williams is averaging 12.5 points and 6.4 assists. The Timberwolves are 6 1/2-point underdogs.


Spurs sign forward Reggie Williams to 10-day contract

In 13 games, Williams averaged 16.8 points and 3.3 assists while playing in the NBA Development League.


Jazz sign forward Chris Johnson to 10-day contract

Johnson averaged 20.1 points and 5.9 rebounds in 14 games while playing in the NBA Development League.


Thunder rule Kevin Durant out of Wednesday's game

(12:21 pm ET) Thunder coach Scott Brooks said forward Kevin Durant has been ruled out of Wednesday's game at New York, reports NBA.com.

Durant is dealing with a toe sprain, which caused him to miss Monday's win over the Timberwolves. Forward Perry Jones is expected to receive the start in Durant's absence.

The Thunder are 9-point favorites.


Hornets rule Pargo out against Spurs; Williams questionable

(12:14 pm ET) The Hornets will be without Jannero Pargo for Wednesday's game at San Antonio, reports the San Antonio Express-News.

Pargo is dealing with a back issue and has not played since Dec. 22. Meanwhile, forward Marvin Williams is listed as questionable. Williams suffered a broken nose and concussion during last Saturday's game against the Knicks. Williams must pass concussion protocol before he can return to the court.

The Hornets are 13-point underdogs.


Nets expect Mirza Teletovic to make 'full recovery'

(11:58 am ET) While Nets forward Mirza Teletovic will miss the remainder of the season because of blood clots in his lungs, Nets team physician Dr. Michael Farber said he expects Teletovic to make a full recovery.

"Mirza was diagnosed with pulmonary embolus on January 22 and started on the appropriate medications for this condition," Dr. Farber said. "Diagnostic testing was arranged and he was then observed until testing showed that he reached the expected therapeutic range. We are pleased to say that he reports no symptoms at this time and that he will be discharged to return home today."

Teletovic is expected to be ready for next season. In 40 games, he averaged 8.5 points and 4.8 rebounds.

"This was a true collaborative effort between our medical team and training staff and the local physicians at the Los Angeles hospital where Mirza was treated," Dr Farber said. "I am really pleased with how Mirza has progressed. We will evaluate him upon return, personally review all of the testing he had done, and arrange for further testing if necessary."


Pelicans list Tyreke Evans as probable vs. Nuggets

(11:43 am ET) The Pelicans listed guard Tyreke Evans as probable for Wednesday's game against the Nuggets. Evans is suffering from an illness. In 44 games, he is averaging 17.0 points and 5.6 assists.

Timberwolves unveil Wednesday's injury report; Martin out

(11:34 am ET) Timberwolves forward Kevin Martin has been ruled out of Wednesday's game against the Celtics, the team announced.

Martin has been out since Nov. 19 with a fractured wrist. The team also announced Ricky Rubio (ankle), Shabazz Muhammad (oblique) and Robbie Hummel (wrist) are out.

The Timberwolves are 4 1/2-point underdogs.


Bucks announce signing of Jorge Gutierrez on Wednesday

Gutierrez averaged 15.2 points and 6.0 assists in six games while playing in the NBA Development League.
