Carter bolts to Toronto: Former New York G Anthony Carter signed with Toronto on Monday, according to CBSSports.com NBA Insider Ken Berger. Carter, who turned 36 years old during the offseason, was shipped from Denver to the Knicks in the deal for Carmelo Anthony last season. (Updated 12/12/2011)
