Miller makes rare start: Veteran Timberwolves center Brad Miller made a rare appearance on Monday, starting his first game of the season in Sacramento with Nikola Pekovic coming off the bench with an injured ankle. Miller made an immediate impact in the game, scoring 11 points in the first quarter on three three-pointers. He would finish the game with just those 11 points on 4 of 7 shooting, while also adding six rebounds in 22 minutes as the Wolves lost, 116-108. (Updated 04/03/2012)
