Koufos up, two others sent down: Jazz C Kosta Koufos joined the Jazz on their upcoming five-game trip while G Morris Almond and C Kyrylo Fesenko were sent to the NBA Development League's Utah Flash. Koufos has found playing time scarce recently, but at least was on the active list Sunday.
