Davis back from suspension: Orlando F Glen Davis will return to the lineup for Monday's game against the Clippers after serving a two-game suspension. Davis was suspended Friday for conduct detrimental to the team. "I think hes a guy who wants to help the team win and do the right thing," Magic coach Stan Van Gundy told NBA.com. "Its been frustrating for him. Ive never for a second thought he was a bad guy." (Updated 02/06/2012)

Fantasy Analysis
Davis has not been happy with his role in Orlando as he's served as the backup to Ryan Anderson this season. He is connecting on just 36.5 percent of his attempts for the field -- the first time in his five-year career he has shot less than 40 percent. As a result, his playing time has taken a hit and Fantasy owners should consider keeping him benched in deeper formats while he's struggling. (Updated 02/06/2012).
02/08/2012 22:00 Howard goes 25-24; Magic beat Heat
Dwight Howard had 25 points and 24 rebounds, Ryan Anderson scored 27 points and the Orlando Magic hit 17 3-pointers in a 102-89 victory against the Miami Heat on Wednesday night.
02/03/2012 21:52 Magic hold off Cavs' late push to win
Dwight Howard scored 19 points, had 16 rebounds and blocked eight shots as the Orlando Magic outlasted the Cleveland Cavaliers 102-94 on Friday night.
Following four years of serving as a key reserve in Boston, F Glen Davis will have an opportunity to start this season with his new team, the Magic. After posting a career-high 11.7 points and 5.5 rebounds per game last season, Davis was shipped to Orlando in exchange for F Brandon Bass just prior to training camp. And he could improve on that scoring mark this season. With most opponents double-teaming star C Dwight Howard, Davis could receive several looks close to the basket and providing him an opportunity to see increased production. The 25-year-old has connected on at least 43.7 percent of his attempts from the field in every season during his career. Davis has already seen his stock improve and he should be targeted in the middle rounds of most 2011-12 Fantasy drafts -- just don't let him slip too far. (Updated 12/16/11)
