The Heat next host the Hawks on Saturday night.

|(2/27/15) Newly signed Heat forward Michael Beasley will make his 2014-15 season debut Friday against the Pelicans, coach Erik Spoelstra said during shootaround.
"We'll get him in there with the second unit. It's nice to see a familiar face," Spoelstra said.
Beasley appeared in 55 games last season in Miami, averaging 7.9 points and 3.1 rebounds per game.

|(2/26/15) The Heat announced Thursday forward Michael Beasley has been signed to a 10-day contract.
It is Beasley's third stint with the Heat after drafting him No. 2 overall in the 2008 NBA draft.
Beasley just finished playing with the Shanghai Sharks of the Chinese Basketball Association. During his career in the NBA, Beasley averages 13.2 points and 4.9 rebounds.
Beasley will be available to play in Friday's game at New Orleans, reports the Associated Press.
Former NBA player Beasley sued for sexual assault allegations
|by Sean d'Oliveira | CBSSports.com|
|(1/13/15) Former NBA player Michael Beasley is being sued for sexually assaulting a woman in 2013, reports The Arizona Republic.
A lawsuit was filed in federal court Monday, which stated that Beasley stripped the woman of her clothing, then choked her until she was unconscious and began sexually assaulting her. The alleged victim is seeking $25 million in a civil suit against Beasley.
The incident occurred in early 2013 at his Arizona home, while Beasley was a member of the Suns. No criminal charges were ever filed in the case, but local police were aware of the alleged incident.
Beasley was selected second overall in the 2008 NBA Draft by the Miami Heat. Beasley signed a contract to play for the Grizzlies this season, but left camp to play in China. During his career, Beasley averaged 13.2 points and 4.9 rebounds.
Report: PF Michael Beasley leaves Grizzlies to play in China
|by Marty Gitlin | CBSSports.com|
|(10/9/14) Power forward Michael Beasley has left Grizzlies camp and signed a deal to play in China, according to Yahoo! Sports.
The second overall pick in the 2008 draft by Miami might not have landed a spot on the Memphis roster. His production has decreased every year since 2009-10 to the point in which he averaged just 7.9 points and 3.1 rebounds per game last season with the Heat.
|Viewed as a low-risk, high-reward addition for the Heat last offseason, Michael Beasley barely made an impact as the Heat made their fourth run in a row to the NBA finals. Beasley averaged 8.7 points per game prior to the All-Star break, but watched his role diminish from that point on. He finished the season averaging 7.9 points in 55 games while earning a healthy scratch most nights. Beasley might catch on somewhere else prior to the start of next season, but it is hard to see how the 25-year-old will be worth a look in any Fantasy league on Draft Day.
