(3/5/14) Bobcats guard Chris Douglas-Roberts joined the starting lineup for the fifth time all season Wednesday, replacing Gerald Henderson against the Pacers.
Douglas-Roberts played well and had a hand in the Bobcats' surprise blowout win. He scored 12 points on 4 of 7 shooting while making all three of his 3-pointers in 29 minutes of action. He also added two rebounds, three assists and three steals in the 109-87 win.
Douglas-Roberts has been a pleasant surprise for the Nuggets, shooting 45.5 percent from the field ion 28 appearances after spending nearly two full seasons out of the league. He is averaging 4.8 points per game.

(1/25/14) Bobcats guard Chris Douglas-Roberts was one of the few bright spots on Friday, as he made his presence felt from downtown in a loss to the Knicks in New York.
With the game well out of hand, Douglas-Roberts saw some extended minutes in the final period. He scored 14 points on 5 of 7 shooting from the field, including 4 of 5 from downtown, all of which came in the fourth quarter. He logged 16 minutes in a 125-96 defeat. He has averaged 4.8 points on 46.7 percent shooting over his last four games.

(1/3/14) Bobcats guard Chris Douglas-Roberts got hot off the bench Thursday, in a blowout loss to the Trail Blazers.
Douglas-Roberts put up his best scoring effort in nearly three years in the 134-104 loss, despite playing just 24 minutes. He scored 20 points on 6 of 8 shooting, with a pair of 3-pointers, while going 6 of 7 at the line. He added four rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal in the game.
Douglas-Roberts has appeared in eight games for the Bobcats, but this was the first in which he scored in double figures. He is averaging 4.8 points per game on 50.0 percent shooting.

(12/11/13) The Bobcats will waive forward James Southerland to open a roster spot for guard Chris Douglas-Roberts, the Charlotte Observer reports.
Southerland played just three minutes in one game for the Bobcats, missing all three of his shots from the field. Douglas-Roberts, who couldn't make the Knicks final roster, scored 17 points in 63 minutes over six games with the Mavericks last season.
